根据商业惯例,一个订单的落实,一般需要供应商至少准备两次样品,其一是产前样品,另外则是确认样品。 绝大多数情况下,订单生产完成或者生产中期,均需要给客户准备大货样。我们将分别对这些样品进行解说。 A 产前样 生产前给客户确认的样品、确认后细节所呈现的样品以及客户确认品质的相关物品均为产前样品。 B 确认样 顾名思义就是经客户确认后的样品。一般情况下,确认样至少需要做两个以上,一个寄送给客户确认,一个放在公司样品间留样。由于大货生产要完全按照确认样来做,所以当客户确认,就着手实现大货生产。 C 大货样 一旦客户返单,可以对照着做。 D 手板样简单而言,就是在没有模具的情况下,根据客户要求做出来的确认样。而一旦确认后,大货就按照这个确认样来制作正式的模具,并完成生产。
